Reteach and Enrich

This is a system which works well in Mesquite Elementary School, in Tucson, Arizona

Reteach and Enrich 

1. Every day, schoolwide, one period to re-teach/enrich session
2. Objectives defined for every week of the school year.
3. At the end of each week, teachers assess students on those objectives.
4. Depending on the results, they assign students to either a reteach or an enrich session the following week.

Almost every student has been assigned to reteach at some point. Students see it simply as an opportunity to learn something better than they did the first time.
